QUALITY POLICY
It is the policy of ILS - International Laboratory Services Ltd to incorporate good professional practice and quality into all aspects of its services.
The objectives of our Management System are to supply services to satisfy:
• Our customers needs and expectations
• The requirements of ISO 17025:2005
• The requirements of cGMP (as applicable to QC laboratories)
• Good ethical and business practice
All staff take ownership of our Management System and our dedicated Quality Assurance Department audit and montior the system ensuring its continued compliance with documented standards.
Customer visits are encouraged and along with over 30 client audits per year a culture of continuous improvement is promoted.
