At ILS we realise that our customers require many different choices and forms of results service, we have reacted to those requirements improving our services
year on year.

Telephone or Email for Out of Specification Pathogen Results

Variable Report Format - Landscape/Portrait - Single/Multiple Sample

Fax and or hard copies by post.

Electronic PDF reports sent to designated emails

EasiLink - An email based result service

EasiWeb - An internet based results service 

Easilink                                                                                       
Is a well established email reporting system that has been improved as customers have requested increased functionality  the program is installed onto your PC or Server, Email results are sent through up to five times a day.

The results are downloaded into the installed program colour coding allows easy recognition of sample status including out of specification.
There is a facility to filter the results under numerous filters and export the results to Excel for more advanced manipulation.

You also have the capability to register samples at your own site.

EasiWeb
Is the new ILS results service and is as the name suggests an internet based service. The user will log in through a username and password and be able to see their results in near to real time as the results will be updated every hour.
It has all the current features of Easilink but has the advantage of being able to print off your own PDF reports whenever you wish.

Full training is provided for both systems
